From the obtained LDPE film waste regranulate is produced and it is then used to manufacture some of our products.
Our regranulates are of consistent quality, which guarantees high standards of polyethylene film production in our plant. The recycling capacity amounts to several thousand tons per month.
Modern processes of polyethylene film recycling
utilized at ERG BIERUŃ for obtaining the highest
quality regranulate:
- fully automated LDPE waste sorting process
- pre-shredding of material
- dynamic flotation and washing
- final shredding
- thermal drying
- regranulation with a double filtration system
In the production process, we do not utilize commonly used chalk fillers
that reduce the strength properties of the film.
Regranulate obtained for the production of polyethylene films
is tested in our laboratory to verify its quality.
